As an independent youth culture magazine, Matter delves into fashion, art, photography, and design through the lenses of history, society, and politics, highlighting the cutting-edge and new aesthetics in contemporary fashion and art.
Outcome
The title "Matter" reflects the magazine’s intent to provoke thought. It plays on the dual meanings of the word - both as a physical substance and a subject of consideration - encouraging readers to engage deeply with the content and view it as an art object rather than mere entertainment.
